Maratek offers its Engineering and Technical Architecture services for the preparation of the necessary documentation required to apply for a Land or Unit Subdivision License in urban areas, to be submitted to the corresponding City Council.

En el caso de la segregación de parcelas se trabaja tomando como base la escritura de la parcela a segregar así como la información eIn the case of land subdivision, the process is based on the title deed of the original plot and the existing information registered in the Cadastre.
The owner of the plot defines the subdivision they wish to carry out, and the Maratek team verifies its urban and regulatory feasibility.
Once feasibility is confirmed, the following documentation is prepared:
- A descriptive report detailing the intended subdivision, including information about the agents involved.
- A current status plan of the original plot, showing surface areas, buildability, and land occupancy.
- A final (post-subdivision) plan illustrating the two resulting plots, with their respective surface areas, buildability, and occupancy.
- A copy of the title deed of the parent parcel.
In addition, georeferenced plans in .DXF or .GML format are included, as well as a list of UTM coordinates of the vertices of each new parcel.
For commercial units, the procedure is similar. However, in this case, georeferenced plans and UTM coordinate listings are not required.
