Preparation of activity reports and technical certificates for classified activities subject to prior notification, as well as applications for classified activity licenses
At Maratek, we prepare the classified activity report (in accordance with Annex I.D of Law 10/2021), including the corresponding plans and the technical certificate required for activities subject to prior notification, duly signed by a qualified professional in compliance with Law 10/2021 on Environmental Administration of the Basque Country (Euskadi).

If construction works are required to adapt the premises or unit, Maratek will prepare the corresponding Execution Project, ensuring full compliance with all applicable regulations, for submission to the relevant City Council, which will be responsible for issuing both the Activity License and the Building Permit.
For Activity Reports not requiring construction work (or when minor works are carried out directly by the developer), Maratek performs the following tasks:
- Collection of the documentation requested from the client for drafting the activity report
- Site visit to the premises or industrial unit
- Preparation of a layout proposal based on the client’s defined needs
- Preparation of the documentation to be submitted to the relevant City Council:
- Activity Report for activities subject to prior notification
- Completion and signature by a qualified technician of the Certificate of Compliance.
- In cases where minor works are carried out directly by the developer, this certificate is prepared once the works are completed and verified against the report’s plans
- Delivery of the documentation to the developer for online submission to the relevant City Council
For Activity Reports (or Licenses under Annex I.C of Law 10/2021) involving construction works, the process includes:
- On-site survey and preparation of existing floor plans, if unavailable
- Drafting of the Activity Project, including the Fire Protection Plan, signed by a qualified technician
- Drafting of the Construction Project required to carry out the planned activity, also signed by a qualified technician
- Procurement management for execution of the works
- Technical Site Supervision of the construction process
