Construction management for the renovation of heat production systems in two Osakidetza healthcare centers in Bizkaia and Gipuzkoa, incorporating renewable energy sources.
In June and July, Maratek will begin construction management tasks for the renovation of heat production systems in two healthcare centers in Bizkaia and Gipuzkoa (Durango–Landako Health Center and Eibar Ambulatory).
The objective of this renovation is to enhance the energy efficiency of the buildings and to implement renewable thermal generation systems in compliance with Law 4/2019, of February 21, on energy sustainability in the Basque Autonomous Community.
The projects include:
- Replacement of natural gas boilers with pellet boilers (renewable energy), supported by condensing natural gas boilers.
- Renovation of existing rooms to enable pellet storage and installation of new equipment.
