These regulations, in areas such as Accessibility, Quality Control, Waste Management, and environmental matters related to Activities, Activity Licenses, and Reports for Classified Activities, may differ from national regulations or those of other Autonomous Communities.

In addition, during the construction phase, Maratek offers technical support services to facilitate communication between the Property Owner and the Contractor, especially when the project designers are based outside the Basque Country and require local assistance for the Site Supervision and Construction Management.
