Completion of construction supervision for the refurbishment of pitched roofs in building 105 of the Bizkaia Technology Park

The construction and site supervision works for the refurbishment of the pitched roofs of Building 105 at the Bizkaia Science and Technology Park, located in the municipality of Zamudio, are nearing completion. The total roof area under renovation is approximately 2,150 m².

Maratek’s engineering team developed the Detailed Design Project and is currently finalizing the Construction Management and Site Supervision tasks on behalf of the Bizkaia Science and Technology Park.

This intervention significantly improves the energy efficiency and watertightness of the building.
