EXECUTION AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT PROJECT FOR THE RENOVATION OF THE HVAC, LIGHTING, AND CONTROL SYSTEMS IN THE COMMON AREAS OF THE HEADQUARTERS BUILDING OF THE BASQUE TECHNOLOGY PARK (PARKE) IN LEIOA (BIZKAIA)

Execution and construction management project for the renovation of the HVAC, lighting, and control systems in the common areas of the Headquarters Building of the Basque Technology Park (Parke) in Leioa (Bizkaia).

The project included the renovation of the HVAC installation to adapt it to the uses of the spaces it serves and to correct identified comfort issues. It also involved modifying the lighting in several areas of the building, replacing sealed fluorescent fixtures with LED technology. These actions also required modifications to the BMS or building management system. The goal of all these interventions was to improve the building’s energy efficiency.
