Maratek continues with the construction management of the new Data Center Euskadi (DCE) building for Atlantic Data Infrastructure (ADI) in Bizkaia.

The Maratek team continues with the construction management of the Data Center Euskadi project at the Abanto and Zierbena Technology Park (Bizkaia). The project involves a standalone building for a Data Processing Center, located on plot SZAE-15-B in the municipality of Abanto-Zierbena.

The Construction Manager (CM) is the professional, forming part of the project management team, responsible for the technical oversight of the actual construction execution, as well as for the qualitative and quantitative control of the work and the quality of the construction. In this project, the CM role is carried out by a Chartered Technical Architect registered with COAATBI (College of Technical Architects of Bizkaia), with support from other specialists including MEP engineers, structural and foundation engineers, among others.
