Work has begun on the renovation of the air conditioning, lighting, and control systems in the common areas of the Headquarters Building of the Basque Country Technology Park (Parke) in Leioa (Bizkaia).

Work has begun on the management and execution of the renovation of the air conditioning system to adapt it to the uses of the premises it serves and correct identified comfort issues. This work also includes modifying the lighting in several spaces in the building, replacing sealed fluorescent lampshades with LED technology. These actions, in turn, involve modifications to the BMS (building management system). The objective of all these interventions is to improve the energy efficiency of the Headquarters Building of the Basque Country Technology Park (Parke) in Leioa (Bizkaia).
