Renovation of the boiler room in a building within the Arkaute complex

Execution project and construction management for the renovation of the boiler room in one of the buildings of the Arkaute complex, managed by the Basque Government’s Department of Security.

The scope of the project includes the following interventions:

• Installation of a natural gas connection from the property boundary to the building’s boiler room.
• Replacement of diesel boilers with condensing boilers powered by natural gas.
• Implementation of renewable energy systems for domestic hot water (DHW) production using a heat pump.
