Among the services offered by the Maratek team is the drafting of Activity Reports and Prior Communication Certificates for all types of companies, when they are setting up in a premises where virtually no construction work is required, or when they have not done so previously and the local council requests it in order to legalize their activity. If adaptation works are necessary, an Activity and Construction Project would be drafted.
