Jasun Envirocare’s landing in Bizkaia is successfully concluded

Jasun Envirocare has successfully completed its landing in Bizkaia with the completion of the industrial building in Güeñes, for whose project they entrusted Maratek.

Forover a year, Maratek has provided technical advice on the choice of location for this new activity, the development and drafting of the project for the adaptation of the pavilions in which it has been installed, as well as the management of purchases, project management and legalisation with all the administrations until it is up and running.

Jasun Envirocare, one of the most important European manufacturers of air filters, chose the location in Bizkaia as it is a strategic centre for industry and advanced manufacturing. The area is presented as highly advantageous due to its strategic location of the port, good transport links to major cities in Spain, Portugal and Europe and qualified personnel.

Thanks to projects such as this one, the Financial Times has recognised for the fourth consecutive year the attractiveness of the Basque Country as a European region in which to invest, among 148 analysed. Specifically, this year the Basque Country has been awarded first place as a medium-sized region in its strategy for attracting foreign investment.
