CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

Construction management and site supervision for the new Atlantic Data Infrastructure (ADI) building – Data Center Euskadi, located in the Ezkerraldea-Meatzaldea Technology Park in the municipality of Abanto y Zierbena (Bizkaia).

The entire project was designed by PQC S.L. Notably, this is the first Data Center in Spain to achieve certification at the highest topology level (Tier IV), with the primary objective of obtaining LEED Platinum certification. Additionally, it was awarded at the Data Center Market Awards 2023 as the best newly constructed data center.

The construction works are being executed by Viuda de Sainz S.L.
