Activity report of offices in Torre de Urduliz

Maratek took part, hand in hand with Aecom, in the development of the mechanical and electrical installations of floors 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 of the tower, as well as in the drafting of the corresponding Activity Report for its commissioning.

The complex covers a surface area of 7,907.15 square metres and rises over fourteen floors whose transformation and modernisation has involved an investment of around six million euros. It incorporates innovative technologies and highly energy-efficient, sustainable and environmental applications.
